Commercial Work

If you are a commercial business wanting work done then please come along and see me or I can meet you at your business and discuss your needs.

I’m not VAT registered so I don’t charge VAT on my labour. Usually I can arrange my timber suppliers to invoice your business directly for materials so you can claim VAT back on supplies. Either way I will try my best to accommodate your needs.

For new house builds I can have materials billed to your builder for fixed items (kitchens etc) that qualify for VAT reclaim, or you can pay them direct and reclaim the vat when your house has completion.

I have done a lot of commercial work over the years for Hotels, Bars, B & B’s, Shop displays and building contractors for new and existing homes.
