The Process

If you are interested in having a piece of bespoke furniture made, first of all get in touch using my contact page or the phone numbers at the foot of the page.

It can be an exciting process to learn about and chose the materials, finishes and design for your piece as there is almost limitless possibilities of what you can have. I will then either arrange a site or workshop visit, or you can send me a sketch or picture of what you want made. Its often an advantage to meet face to face to discuss some of your options and show you timber samples etc at this stage.

Once I have the basic details of what you would like made I will price the piece for you. The price will be itemised and detailed for you. If you decide to proceed with the commission I then need a 50% deposit and will supply you with detailed drawings of your piece. You can then sit back and await the arrival of your handcrafted piece of furniture.
